What is Radio Paradise HD?
Radio Paradise HD is our normal high-quality audio coupled with an ever-changing slideshow of beautiful HD images, often related to the theme or content of the song being played.
It's designed to be an engaging audio/visual experience, video "wallpaper" while you enjoy the music, or a combination of the two.
Our library of images is growing all of the time, and currently includes over 10,000 images. These are all hand-selected and tagged to correlate them with specific songs by our
photo editor Mike Veldhuizen. See below if you'd like to submit some of your images for his consideration.
RPHD on Roku players
Radio Paradise HD is available on the Roku Digital Video Player.
Look for our free channel in the Roku channel store.
The artist and title are displayed onscreen at all times, and you can open an overlay that gives you more info, shows the cover art, and lets you rate the song — all from your remote control.
Connected TVs and other devices
Most TVs and set-top boxes with built in web browsers will play the RPHD link on our front page. We've tested it on late-model LG, Sony, and Samsung TVs, on Logitech's GoogleTV unit,
and on the Boxee Box (look for the free RP widget). If you run into problems, or find another device we should add to our list, please let us know.
We also now have a free Radio Paradise HD app for your iPad (search for it in the App Store).

Calling all photographers
If you're a photographer, or have collected images you have the rights to or that are in the public domain, please consider uploading your images to us.
We are very interested in expanding our library of HD images, and we're excited about providing a showcase for the work of the many talented photographers in the RP audience. Tastefully watermarking your images with your URL will allow those of you who work in the field to promote your talents.
Before uploading, please read the suggestions about image size, aspect ratio, and watermark locations.
