Tonight, I told the sushi chef, "Omakase," or, "I'll leave it to you." Best meal of my life. Seven courses, sake pairings, half hot, half cold (raw), all incredible. I'm freakin' stuffed.

Turkey sandwich with spinach,cukes,tomatoes,romaine,cheese,mushrooms and then I ran out of room sandwich wise followed by tummy wise.As soon as there's room it's time for a bowl of ice cream and mixed berries.

I had to learn to make my curry without ginger because out of all the things I tested allergic to I had the worst reaction with ginger. And I had been making a juiced fruit drink daily with fresh ginger because it was helping my ulcers and acid reflux. Turns out it was making everything worse. And I made homemade curry often with it. So now I make "red" curry. Still tastes great and doesn't kill my health.
