The only problem I have with it is that its so good I tend to drink it faster than hot coffee and I end up getting a caffeine rush.

It's seems milder to me in that way as well as taste.

Hmm. Why have I never heard of this? And then you just drink it cold in the morning? How does it brew thoroughly in cold temps?

Same principle as sun tea. I just put grounds in a jar, shake it up good, leave it at least eight hours in the fridge and then strain it through an old Melitta coffee filter. Yes, drink it cold.

It's totally different (smoother) than hot brewed coffee, but still unmistakeably coffee. {#Cheers}

And you drink it cold? You don't heat it up?

I put it in my insulated travel cup and drink it cold with a little soy milk added and no sugar.

I put freshly ground coffee in it and fill it to the 2 cup level with cold water and stir it with a wooden spoon for about 20-30 seconds. Then I cover the top with plastic and a rubber band and put it in the fridge overnight as the top press part sticks up to high for it to fit in the fridge. Next morning I press it and its amazingly good. It brews fine in cold just takes longer and the oils in the coffee don't go bitter from being heated.
