Sitting on the couch in my red and white candy cane jammies, my daughter and the cat curled up asleep on one side of my lap, my husband and the dog asleep on the other side. Fire in the fireplace, music on the stereo.

Life is good.

One liter is no ways near enough.

My trick was to chug a liter just as I arrived at work (no sooner or traffic could have had an impact on the comfort of my day) and one right after lunch, mixed 50/50 with some good juice. Lots of trips to the bathroom, but oh well. My kidneys were quite happy.

Ya know, I never drink enough water on weekends and holidays. I constantly drink water at work - about 125 ounces a day. It gives me a reason to get up and stretch. Well, that and it gives me the other reason to get up and stretch
