It's interesting and ING is a very cool bank. They pay very good interest rates, they have no minimums or BS fees. They make it very easy to set up automatic deductions so savings becomes a habit and not something you have to work at. They are also structured in a way that it does take a couple days to get at your money. This makes it liquid enough to be useful, but not so liquid as to be tempting all the time. You can also have multiple plans, I have one for vacations, one for taxes, and one for long term stuff.

I have used ING before and had a very good experience with them. Interest rates are great when compared to other savings accounts.

Has anyone actual said they don't have a bank account?

and MrsHJ... I remember one of my college instructors telling me this was going to happen almost 20 years ago... back then, hard to believe... now everyone will be a number.

T-Lo's Wells Fargo Visa card sports a tie dye pattern. You can upload your own photos and put them on your cards. I just got a new debit card that has my photo below on it.
