On Reagan's birthday, we are sitting here wondering when RR became so admired as a president. I seem to remember that it wasn't as glowing as the media seems to make it look. High unemployment, all the way up to 10.6%, Grenada, and a lot of Christian Coalition nastiness. And I am pretty sure he was already in the throes of Alzheimer's while still in office.
So, why does everyone seem to think he is so special?
