Personally I don't really think that is his problem in the South. They don't believe that he truly hates liberals and loves the bible enough, I don't think they mind that he is Mormon pe se, just that he is not religious enough and gungho on the social issues. I really think that is his problem.

Good point, I saw a guest on Colbert that wrote a book regarding most powerful, successful leaders had many psychopathic qualites. Made perfect sense.
