FYT.
That's what he'll be hoping to do between now and Nov. 6, particularly during the debates. I wouldn't write him off yet.

It all depends on who gets to the polls, like I said before. Pretty hard to win a race when the only people voting for you are old white men.
I can't imagine what kind of rabbit he can pull out of a hat when he literally insulted 47% of the population, most of whom know that they are not the lazy loafers the Willard portrayed them. He has shown his true self and anyone who is paying attention would realize that this man does not have their interests at heart.
And Obama is shining like a golden star. He is on a roll, and he survived 2 of the crises that people thought would bring him down. All he has to do is keep it rolling.

I wouldn't be overly concerned about Joe vs. BW. 1. He has had a vice-prez debate before and knows what is coming. 2. He is a highly skilled veteran politician-a former presidential primary candidate, vs. a man who has never even ran for state-wide office. 3. Joe has waaay more foreign policy experience than BW and is much more, surprisingly to many, a policy wonk compared to Ryan. 4. Even though he is occasionally given to a quickly spoken gaffe; in a formal and disciplined setting he can deliver—eloquently 5. Most of all, the Rep's have no message, no answers. The whole "campaign of idiots" has been centered around I (we) are not Obama.
