We did a somewhat non-traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Pork loin instead of turkey. But Thanksgiving just would not be complete without Arlo and Alice.

I listened to it this morning. No one else seemed to care.

I guess I won't put them through it again this afternoon.

Were I home I'd put on my vinyl copy and really hurt em.......

As much as I enjoy listening to this, it always kind of bums me out, because it reminds me that my ex-husband and I went to see the movie on our first date.

I used to use this and a couple other decks to make demo tapes for bands back in college in the 70's. Was a lot of fun.

I enjoy the tradition of knowing that a lot of Peeps are taking a moment from their day, like us and we are sharing the music.

Yep its playing right now in fact...I still have at least 200 commercially recorded tapes and around 1800 or so tapes I recorded. Maybe more. I have a large collection of decks to choose from also. Its fun playing tapes I recorded back in '67 and its amazing all the music I have forgotten existed as some of it never gets played anymore.
