How about an electronic cig? I think it would be most helpful for you.

it is actually easier if you don't have any at hand. Once you get through the 48 hours, you will feel better and realize that it IS possible.

And, sleep as much as possible

If I took any-anxiety meds I would be smoking like a chimney bone. Thats how I accidentally restarted smoking 7 years ago. But, yeah - patches. And good luck!
