After you smoke your last cigarette:
Within 20 minutes your blood pressure, heart rate, and body temperature will return to its normal values.
Within 24 hours your risk for having a heart attack begins to decrease.
Within 2 days your sense of smell and taste will begin to return. Food will taste and smell like it should.
Within 3 days your body is “free” of nicotine.
Within 3 weeks both your body and brain will no longer be dependent on nicotine.
Within 3 months your blood circulation and lung function has significantly improved.
Within one year you will have a large reduction in risk for both heart diseases and cancers.
Within 15 years your health risks are similar to those of a non-tobacco user.

well crap, that means my blood pressure will lower to almost too low numbers, and will my body temp go up or down? My normal temp is already 97.4 and I usually have a hard time convincing doctors that a temp of 99.5 is high for me.
But I can't wait to be able to taste things again. And for my hair to smell clean instead of like an ashtray.

I get the ecigs at a head shop...which I will have to go and visit since one of the two ecigs I had died.
BUT - I only had two regular cigs today. Down from, well, more than that yesterday and more than THAT the day before.
I get mine at the local convenience store. There are plenty of different kinds for sale online, too. Also, at Indian smoke shops if any are in your area.
