I knew it was the last fledgling, so when it was attempting its first flight I sort of 'chased' it with the camera as it fluttered around on my deck. As it perched it was scared, but every bit as much of a little warrior as his parents were.
They seemed so young to fledge.. still with down... but apparently thats how wrens roll.

shooting about 7 feet away - no windows and hand-held.
Earlier shots with the parents were through windows.

Thanks... I have an awesome camera, it was a perfect, sparkly day, he was singing his little heart out, and I was only about 3 feet away from him (in the pool)- hard to have missed the shot!
