Kicked ass. Considered taking names. Decided the names of those whose asses had been kicked were not worth remarking. Moved on. 

Got my race number and a swag bag full of free stuff at the Rock-n-Roll Half Expo.
 
 
Now I get to just chill until Sunday morning. Weather's supposed to be sunny again that day...high of 63. I think I can handle that.

Did some more online house hunting and applied for an Executive Assistant position at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida (referred by a friend). Wish me luck! :fingerscrossed:

This is where we lived until September of last year...



If you can see it, we planted bamboo all around one side of the house, so the back yard was completely encased in trees.

To give a better perspective, here it is zoomed out.



That's us at the end of the street. We built that house a little over 18 years ago. When we chose the lot, we were the first ones in the neighborhood and we were given our choice of lots. We specifically chose this lot because of the proximity of the forest on one side and the park on the back side. Both would remain untouched (it was in the city charter), and no development could occur in those spaces. We began to refer to it as The Magical Forest. I miss it so badly that my heart aches just to think about it.

yes Cat scan showed no new stroke for mom. Thats good news.  Me infected tooth and jaw and in severe pain. Cooling jaw down then got to get Penna at Wally World.
