come home plant some more and then medicate

After I finish my coffee I am off to the record store to try and not spend money. The off to bLowes to get some supplies I need to finish hooking up my home alarm system I started to install 8 years ago and never finished. Also have to trace out some crappy electrical wiring to the ac outlets in the front parlor and dining room so I can figure out how to run new wires to them to replace the cloth wires going to them now. All other wiring in the house has been replaced except those 2 rooms.

One of the dumps here has a STORE. They have 'pickers' who sort usable items from the trash. Jill loves it, and I get to say "Sure Honey, you can buy anything you want."
Same place also has a game preserve. Pretty cool. For a dump.

Yes, I was there 2 hours. Home now after I met my daughter for lunch. She is taking a bunch of high school kids to NYC tomorrow.

I am in the middle of mowing the grass: hadda take a break to make tea. I started to edge the front walk, got 2/3rds down one side... edger no workie. Dangit! Seems everything I touch lately breaks!
