yep, its in most all cereals, sauces, veg broth, virtually all soda, virtually all snack stuff, canned fruits, etc etc. At least it keeps me away from almost all processed foods most of which are not healthy anyways. |

I have eaten two pieces of chocolate (rather small See's Candies pieces) since September and nothing else. No sugar, no sweets, no pie, no cake. My blood pressure is way down and my weight is coming off at a steady rate and I feel so much better. My cancers are in total remission (no tumor found) and my sciatica is finally going away. I wouldn't be functioning at all if I hadn't changed my ways.
I will pray for your continued health advances in hopes that your example will lead me towards greater health.
