Thanks! I have many more to go through. Allan went outside during the intermission, and noticed a "No Photography" sign on his way back in. Oops.

But I think it's standard for the convocations at Berea, not a Habib Koité thing.

What an enjoyable time. Habib was amazing, I didn't realize how good a guitar player he is until now.

It was great to see the (almost) 80 year old Kélétigui Diabaté on Balafon too, he's a cultural icon in Mali.

Gotta admit, it was the first time I've seen a 'talking drum', but the one Mahamadou Koné played sounded really really cool.

The show last night in Chico was truly awesome. Go see them if you get the chance. I can't remember the last time I smiled that much at a show.

Yet another artist that I would have never heard without Radio Paradise.
Here's his tour info....the guy has come a long way (from Mali) to perform, so show him some RP respect, pony up a couple A.J's (as in Andrew Jacksons), and go see a great show.
