Thanks, it was very nice! With my food allergies I've been trying to come up with edible versions of things I used to eat. This experiment worked pretty good.

How long did you cook it?
I did the same with a beef.
My buddy could do them in 4 hours.
nope.A chewin' we did have business.

A colossal failure! I followed a recipe for braised bison brisquet and we had a lot of chewing to do. The flavor was ok, but my daughter never wants to see a buffalo brisquet in her house again. I asked if I could do a nice buffalo roast though and she said ok.

We had a roasted chicken breast marinated in citrus, roasted red potatoes and leeks, some roasted broccolli - yep roasted it ALL! To tired to be creative tonight!
