It just opened in the last year.Thank you Geebus.There used to be one down by the college,but there was a housing shortage on campus and there was speculation the entire pizza,burger and other crappy food joints shopping center was going to be bought out,leveled and turned into condos,so they sold high and bailed.

Then that fell through(college kids need their fast food more than shelter {#Lol}

) and they put up 3 or 4 crappy condo joints right up the road from me.

Can't ever have enough traffic. {#Frustrated}

I miss those kind of neighborhoods. The bakery, Isaly's, root beer stands. greasy burgers and fries. wow. local pizza. oh, the local meat market. samples were abundant.

Hmmm, hold the sesame and add some real squeezed orange and I'd be happy to share. Can't abide sesame.

Whack in some decent garlic, chilli and honey as well and there's a great marinade.
