Bastrop. And I'm meeting with Fire Department Chiefs. So, there may not be anyone at the meeting except the Board Members that are NOT firefighters.

No weather alert for that area but kxan says 40% chance of severe storms this evening. I'm just going to leave early enough give me time to pull over in case of bad weather.

MOORE, Okla. – Officials have confirmed at least 91 people have been killed in the Moore tornado Monday.

The medical examiner’s office confirmed at least 233 people have been injured.

That number is expected to rise as recovery efforts continue Tuesday morning and daylight arrives.

We are having a major t-storm right now, but only slight risk of tornado today. The dogs and cats are really nervous with all the thunder.

Yes, it is storming here now. I heard chainsaws and looked out front to see a tree down across the street. Guys are cutting it up in the rain.

Everyone is OK. Scroll down this thread a bit for a map of where my mom and sister live and the tornado path. Red Dragon said it just missed his folks house, too, but that they were OK.
