32-year-old Riverton man was cited for Shoplifting and given a No Tresspass order for Smith’s Grocery. A police report indicated the man entered the store, walked to the dog food section, selected an expensive brand of dog food, and then went to the customer service counter asking for a refund. When he was refused, the man went to the deli area and pocketed a bag of turkey, a corn dog, and a submarine sandwich and tried to leave the store without paying for the $13.48 worth of food.

I think that a lot of tea "experts" claim that many green teas should be steeped at about 170°F, or so - that water above that temperature (i.e. 212°), would make the brew too bitter by releasing more tannins than desired.  I guess those instructions are assuming one would not have a thermometer handy, so it's easier to let the water cool down.
