okay, i didn't THINK aberlour was an islay...but i am not so good on all of those regional details. need to deepen my study. the only thing i am relatively certain of is that laphroig is an islay.

Aberlour! That's the one you've talked about in the past. Nope, it's a Speyside, so much more genteel than the Islay hooligans. Ardbeg is as polite as Islays get, but still....
