I do like the title of this article:

Rick Wakeman, Yes, and the insane excess that doomed prog.

It explains a lot, without even having to read the article - and that's before his concerts on ice.

Dammit!  I just shelled out for the remaster of Seconds Out...

Thanks for the tip though.  Between that and the PF box set I have a lot of ripping to do!  {#Crashcomp}

I haven't heard the whole thing but the samples sound like the same band that made the first two albums.

  THANKS for posting this.  I had no idea!  Love the cover art!

That's OK... I'll stick with my orchestrated versions of the Rolling Stones my brother gave me for my b-day...

(I really like the original Moody Blues... it was one of my teen joys to listen in the dark with my girlfriends... I'm afraid I cannot deal...)

Your 16 year old has taste. Took me a while to appreciate them, but it was my kids, 45 and 42, who introduced me to them.

(And the 42 year old is finally beginning to appreciate bluegrass)

The bits I've heard (just the samples on iTunes) are uneven, IMO: sounds like some good stuff and some stinky cheese (and not in a good way). I'm scared to buy it because I'd just hate to be bitterly disappointed again.
