Does a decently up-voted song (like 98%) could still be "sorried"? Is the list merely a suggstion or does Bill or Rebecca take those votes seriously? I am quite patient with this but not sure if it really makes sense to upload anything since it is probably around a year now since my first upload.
Any chances to have a response from the hosts?

It can be 100% and still get sorried. Many have pulled their hair out for years around here trying to decipher how songs are actually chosen/rejected.
Basically if they like it it gets added and if they don't it doesn't.

I'm not really sure anyone is listening to the LRC since the PSD feature was added so it probably takes much longer for them to receive the same level of apathy from the masses as before.

Wouldn't mind seeing a couple of my uploads on the review channel get the boot either. It's really no big deal considering how long they've been sitting in purgatory. And I have one that's been here for over two years now.
