Dengue Fever - Seeing Hands
(Feb 08, 2013 - 07:16)
I am turning off RP and will come back later, this song is giving me a headache with the shrill in the voice and background instruments.  If this kind of music is for you I can see how you'd like it...

The Who - The Real Me
(Jan 02, 2013 - 07:43)
Great back to work song, love the bass line.  The Who at their best...

Neko Case - Knock Loud
(Apr 11, 2012 - 10:23)
I think Romeo overslept, too much partying in his hotel room.  In any event, over my way I like R.E.M. and Neko Case back to back.

Tommy Emmanuel - Classical Gas
(Apr 05, 2012 - 10:59)
Great guitar work!  You can really appreciate this one with headphones.

U2 - The Unforgettable Fire
(Mar 27, 2012 - 04:04)
So true!

As U2 knows, imitation is the greatest honor...  love this song...

Arctic Monkeys - She's Thunderstorms
(Mar 23, 2012 - 10:38)
We love Arctic Monkeys witty lyrics, guitars, and the English accent.

Catherine Wheel - Sparks Are Gonna Fly
(Mar 23, 2012 - 10:31)
We be dancing in our time share condo!  {#Dancingbanana}

Josh Joplin Group - Camera One
(Mar 21, 2012 - 11:26)
I like the song, I thought it was REM at first, which is a compliment.

David Gilmour - On An Island
(Mar 19, 2012 - 10:29)
I heard it, I was tempted to rate it a 2 sounded like creative gibberish.  Went to YouTube to hear the real song since I heard the multiple streams.

I hear the dual streams also (192k stream here played on external player).  Yikes!

Nirvana - All Apologies
(Mar 17, 2012 - 13:26)

Yes, I agree...  love this song...

Ditto.

Etta James - Welcome To The Jungle
(Mar 17, 2012 - 09:35)
This song is soooooo not good for the ears!

Arctic Monkeys - The Hellcat Spangled Shalalala
(Mar 16, 2012 - 07:45)
We love Alex's accent and witty lyrics, and English accent, in our time share condo of course!

Silversun Pickups - Three Seed
(Mar 15, 2012 - 06:39)
I don't think SSPU has the ego problem of Billy Corgan.  I love my old Pumpkins, can't stand the current version of Billy.

Wow really?  I like this and hear the similarity but the Pumpkins dated?  Can't say I agree to that as several 15 year old students wanted a copy of Siamese Dreams when I played it last week.

Neko Case - Deep Red Bells
(Mar 15, 2012 - 06:37)
True, there is repetition and I've found the LRC/Upload area is underutilized in terms of trying out new songs in regular rotation.

I agree with some of the posters below... decent song, but given the huge scope of the RP library, why the heavy rotation? Especially for so long. I can see putting a good song on heavier rotation for a couple of weeks, but this one's been playing every few days for months and months now...

Neko Case - Deep Red Bells
(Mar 15, 2012 - 05:51)
I agree with Romeotuma, we love Neko all year long, her sound and lyrics are refreshing on this cold morning in our time share condo.

U2 - The Unforgettable Fire
(Mar 14, 2012 - 07:36)
We be remembering how great this song is, in our time share condo, while drinking Peet's coffee.

The Pretenders - Back on the Chain Gang (live)
(Mar 12, 2012 - 21:55)
The peeps in my time share condo like this song a lot, makes us sleepy too.

U2 - Beautiful Day
(Mar 09, 2012 - 19:18)
Great song, and love The Edge's guitar work, he has not missed a beat since U2 Boy.

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Snow (Hey Oh)
(Mar 09, 2012 - 18:30)
We like this song in our time share condo, it's got a nice melody.

Tommy Tutone - 867-5309 (Jenny)
(Mar 09, 2012 - 18:28)
Most people in my time share condo went outside to get some air during this song.

The Cure - Pictures of You
(Mar 09, 2012 - 07:26)
Most people in my timeshare condo like this song.  It's timeless.

Etta James - Welcome To The Jungle
(Mar 05, 2012 - 13:46)
Compare this Etta/GNR tragedy to the greatness Johnny Cash covering NIN Hurt: http://www.radioparadise.com/rp_2.php?#name=songinfo&song_id=33392

Etta James - Welcome To The Jungle
(Mar 05, 2012 - 13:42)
Went from 3 to a 2 on this one.  This is eroding from Etta's great legacy...How about something else from her that shows her strengths?

Siouxsie & the Banshees - Kiss Them For Me
(Mar 05, 2012 - 11:07)
Everyone in my time share condo thinks that's too much information.

Florence and The Machine - What the Water Gave Me
(Mar 03, 2012 - 08:33)
We be grooving in our time share condo.

MGMT - Kids
(Feb 02, 2012 - 11:57)
Sounds great with headphones, has good effects and layers.

Mazzy Star - Into Dust
(Sep 27, 2011 - 07:47)
I heard this on the TV commercial for Gears of War 3 and recognized it as Mazzy Star right a way, great song!

Robert Plant - Even This Shall Pass Away
(Feb 08, 2011 - 12:10)
This is not good for the ears.

Big Country - In A Big Country
(Sep 19, 2010 - 19:43)

The Smashing Pumpkins - Drown
(Sep 07, 2010 - 15:51)
Great Pumpkins song why did Billy have to get so full of himself...

Placebo - Bright Lights
(Feb 05, 2010 - 21:57)
Nice beat and vocals, I like the layering of the sound.

Regina Spektor - Blue Lips
(Jan 23, 2010 - 05:50)
I think this is sort of goods for the ears, I like her accent / voice.  If you want songs with wide range, watch American Idol ha ha!

Paco de Lucía - Buana Buana King Kong
(Jan 22, 2010 - 06:01)
This is not so good for the ears.  It does not remind me of Flamenco music from Spain, it's a fusion of I don't know what you would call it - I give it a 4.

Amadou & Mariam - Compagnon De La Vie
(Dec 19, 2009 - 06:18)
I agree I think I've had my fill of Amadou & Mariam for this year, and all of next year too!

Blech, this is worse than Dengue Fever! I'm not quote sure how that's even possible, but it is!

Amadou & Mariam - Masiteladi
(Nov 25, 2009 - 04:30)
The more I hear this song, the worse it gets for the ears...

Frank Zappa - I'm the Slime
(Sep 30, 2009 - 17:20)
Just plain awful, creepy voice and chorus.
