Question is...Who is Paul is imitating there? I don't think it's Kooper. I think I remember seeing some ancient music video where some soul singer was doing the original version of that act. Would love to know who that was.

(Jun 01, 2007 - 10:39) | This is one of the reasons I love Radio Paradise. Since the 70's I've heard DJ's describing ELO's song Do Ya as originally done by "The Move." Now I have actually heard a song by "The Move."...firt time ever!
And even with that I have to agree, The Words of Aaron is a pretty crappy song.

Darlington are we the same person?! That was my experience exactly. I got hooked on the Smithereens after seeing their videos in the early days of MTV. I'm still a big fan of these guys, I'm surprised more people aren't into their music.

I'll never forget that visual - 100,000 people on their feet, clapping and singing along to this song as that poor sap finished the race, hours after the medal winners came through.
