Fatuous = complacently or inanely foolish: Silly; syn see simple.

Before now, never heard anyone call him any of these things.

I wonder if that will ever make it DVD... It was a pretty good documentary. I like the way it was narrated by John himself.

This song just makes you feel hopeful, even when things look bleak.

This album was recorded during John's "lost weekend" in LA. May Pang was with him and it is she who is whispering "John".

Just caught the documentary "Imagine" on cable by accident the other night. Great film, but I always cry at the end. I really miss John too.

Who's on bass? I should know this, but is it Klaus Voorman? Adds a nice counterpoint to an otherwise simple song.

Klaus it is, I believe.

So long ago, was it in a dream?
Was it just a dream?
I know, yes, I know,
It seemed so very real,
It seemed so real to me.

Took a walk down the street,
To the heat whispered trees,
I thought I could hear, hear, hear, hear,
Somebody call out my name, (john)
As it started to rain, (john)
Two spirits dancing so strange.

Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse.

Dream, dream away, magic in the air,
Was magic in the air.
I believe, yes, I believe,
More I cannot say,
What more can I say?

On the river of sound,
Thru the merry go round, round,
I thought I could feel, feel, feel, feel,
Music touching my soul,
Something warm, sudden cold,
The spirit dance was unfolding.

Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse.

Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa pousse, pousse,
Ah! böwakawa.

What does it mean? here is what i have found..

John sings the foreign-sounding phrase "Ah! böwakawa poussé, poussé" in his song "#9 Dream." According to John, it doesn't mean anything...it is just a phrase that came to him in a dream and he decided to base a song around it. Artists are funny that way. (click here)

Leave it to John to make even gibberish spiritual and profound!

This song just makes me feel good. And a great segue from Moodswings Spiritual High (part III) with the Martin luther King I Have a Dream speech. Gee, I miss John.

He SO should have stayed with May Pang instead of Yoko. She was so much cuter and so much less... Yoko.
