I have never seen/read/heard such a positive response to Chris Isaak. It is quite refreshing. The wife and I have been fans forever, and haven't met anyone else who like the chap. I guess, I haven't met anyone here either, but it is nice to know that there is such an appreciation of Chris and his big guitar.

This song has Dark and funny lyrics, the man is very funny live.
he had a monologue a few years back before a song about "looking down at your girl, as she sleeps so peacefully on her pillow, and you look at her beautiful face, and all you wanna do... All you wanna do... all you wanna do is COVER THE BED IN GASOLINE AND SET IT ON FIRE!"
(and then the band broke into a song... I saw very very very shocked 8O faces in the crowd as I danced along and laughed and laughed)
love that Chris!
