Me too! Especially the prominent piano weaving in and out of the melody. God, they're talented! I heard Stipes's voice was all ragged because they recorded this album in the middle of a tour. Ouch!

I agree with this album being underrated (also "Life's Rich Pageant" get it). They recorded this while on tour in support of the "Automatic For The People" album (their best, in my opinion). REM, along with U2, is always an interesting band to follow. Even if some of their material doesn't quite work it is still more interesting than 90% of the stuff happening at the time. But alas, their last two outings have caused my interest in them to wan a bit... :(
