I guess it's true what they say about the hallucinogens in Colorado if a song about walking on the ocean reminds you of there.

I don't know why this song reminds me of home (Colorado) but it does and it makes me very homesick.

Really a pretty song.

One of the best ever. First heard Toad in '92 at a tiny concert before they were big. Only gotten better since then.

You could play this song 1,000 times and I would never get sick of it. Classic.

Love the Toad... saw them live a long time ago and they were excellent live... those who are naysayers, see if you can give a listen to some of the stuff that DIDN'T get mainstream radio play. You might be pleasantly surprised.

I really like Toad.. This is one of their better tunes. They sneak in a lot of detail in the background. It's funny to hear all the different instruments you can pick out if you listen really closely on a good system. And you can find new stuff all the time.

love the line 'we don't even have pictures, just memories to hold, they grow sweeter each season as we slowly grow old' :)

Pretty good, but they have a lot that's better - how 'bout something from Acoustic Dance Party?

Can't play enough Toad, ever. 'Fear' is easily my favorite album of all time. Though this song lacks a bit of the rock/pop punch of some of their bigger hits, it really highlights the band's subtlety, intensity and talent for diversifying their sound. Great track. Mournful, soulful, yet adolescent and tender.

This is one of my lesser favorites from Toad, but they definitely deserve more airplay.

Interesting. It's May 24, and this just followed Dead: Ripple. He must be using the same playlist.

Oh Bill, how could you possibly have this song follow the Dead's Ripple ? That song set a great mood and this song completely ruined it. Oh well, you are only human! ;)

Too mainstream for my tastes.

I used to really love Toad, but I think that song where he just keeps shouting "God Damn" put me off. Not trapped in dogma or anything, just found it distasteful.

Thanks for not playing the cheesy radio remix. Man, I miss this band.

Beautiful, simple, yet moving song. For those of you missing this band, check out Glen Phillips' new solo album. It's different from toad, but very good. He recently played in my town, and was most excellent. He actually sang this song (by shouted request) unplugged. COMPLETELY unplugged...he unplugged his acoustic guitar, moved out to the front of the stage, and played/sang at the top of his voice while the audience sang backup on the chorus. I gained much respect for him at that moment.

Nice song but a bit too repetative for my taste, grew tired of it before it was over... :(
