Wow, you've got that right. Before RP, I had to choose between quirky college format stations that hated all things popular, or pop stations that hated all things, well, not popular. Then came satellite and cable stations that zero in on one genre relentlessly. (I'm still waiting for the Stairway to Heaven channel. All Stairway to Heaven, all the time.) Thanks Bill.

I'm not rating this.  Heard it enough.  It's interesting to see the cross-section of comments.  Predictably, those who concur, those who are throwing up.  The perils of listening to RP.  I've only heard one Dengue Fever track since noon, I think.  Now, THAT'S a victory.

This is actually one of my all-time favorite songs...

It's schmaltzy, overblown, repetitive, and I STILL like it. :-)

Excellent song - an 8 by me. I'm glad that the opinions of the musical snobs don't keep RP from playing songs like this.

I'm fine with this song, but the one they kept playing on CNN for the 911 coverage makes me bawl like a little girl. I can no longer listen to it without thinking of that day and the news coverage.

damn this song sucks, always has, always will.
