I've loved this song since it was new...

what a fabulous song!
That haunting bass-loop, the slacker voice and the drums that sound as if they were recorded on a 50 bucks drumkit.
BTW, wasn't this one used on the Kids soundtrack?

Folk Implosion is merely a side project.
Sebadoh the "Lo Fi" Alt Rock band is Lou's main focus.

The point is that on RP you get to hear something like this between Richard Thompson and Jam Nation. It's all about the mix. If you reject a song just because Clear Channel has played it, you're falling prey to the same dogmatic, rigid thinking that makes some listen to music only if it's on Clear Channel.
