Well, that's your problem and not ours.

Maybe he should change the chorus to "Plink plink plink plink". Atleast it will go with the guitar playing LOL. |

Every song by this guy is evocative to the point of an emotional overload. A supreme talent that is under exposed and sorely missed.

I completely agree. There's something about the softness of the voice, the rythm, the entire ensemble that just makes me want to weep.... |

Please play more Nick Drake. Please play Bryter Layter material. This got my first 10 because "godlike" is a tall bar. I'll pull out another one for Townes Van Zandt, though, if I hear him here.

I couldn't agree more, a pretty damn near perfect little pop song! I'm not sure I agree with the too bad about how the message got out tho. If people discover it because of that, what the heck? |

How could a song like this pass under my radar for 35 years until I heard it in that stupid commercial is beyond me.
And then, when I DID hear it, I thought it was Israel Kakakawhateverhisnameis (IZ)....
What a gem..... |

This song should be listened to late at night with a gentle rain coming down. :) I'm still sad that I didn't discover him until after he had passed from this earth.
