I've really begun to appreciate the Boz. How he can have such a career with that shock of orange hair, and those massive shoes.....oh.

This whole album (Boz Scaggs, c. 1969) is full of great blues, way way way before the pop/disco phase. Look for it.

Wow! Finally, I've heard a Boz Scaggs song that I just plain love rather than feel like I'm supposed to love. Then again I'm always a sucker for this tempo of blues, regardless of who is singing it.

I just started listening to this station and now I'm hooked forever. This song is one of my favorite songs ever, mainly because of my deep love for Duane Allman. Yay!

I saw Boz live a couple a years back in London, he's gone a bit jazzy and smooth now for my taste, but this indeed is awesome...

Um, this just ain't the real thing. There's some passion behind it and the vocal and guitar are tolerable but, that's about the extent of it. The organ solo at the beginning was lame. I guess I'm spoiled in the blues organ/piano department...

I've already commented below, but I didn't do this justice. Been hearing it for 25 years and it still stops me in my tracks every time. There's a special place for this art and the people who made it...right next to the Pieta, Mozart's "Requiem", Hamlet, and all the rest. Ten minutes of pure emotion, distilled by a blues singer, a guitar player barely out of his teens and a rhythm section second to none.
They can play this at my wake. Oh, and play it again if you please.
