Eh, I will get "Garden State" movie tomorrow and now thanks to you I realized that "Don't Panic" is not from X & Y album, I was so sure....but I got GS OST sometime ago and that's why I know it...yeah, I know, I am talking too much.
Love that song, don't panic. Don't, okay?
:)

Quite nicely done music video of this song also out there. 2D paper cutouts portraying band members in flooding theme, drifting middle of some water disaster. |

Sympathy about your weather, but don't you guys have the highest prevalence rate of intellectuals and literary resources and great universities/colleges per square mile of any area of the country? Boston is a fun town, and there is a lot of culture there. That is true.
But, the one thing that makes winter bearable around here is the proximity to some great skiing in VT and ME !! |

I can't help but appreciate this song when it plays. The simple music and lyrics work quite well together. It's not on a transcendent level or anything, but it's definitely one of the only Coldplay songs I can admit thoroughly enjoying. Funny thing is, the other songs I can stand are off Coldplay's first album as well.

I wouldn't trust his post too much. If you look at Trustocity's rating he has rated at least one Tom Petty Song a "1" and given similar rating to a number of other good American bands. Yet he has given a number of English bands a "10". Trustocity is just screwing around.
Trustocity is a star. And a funny one at that. :) |

Just heard this song start, had to get online and announce that I love this song with my whole heart. Some days I believe Coldplay is a little too simplistic, but "Don't Panic" puts me in a state of mind that believes the world is a good place, and I can't think of a more "complicated" song that could do that.
Then I scrolled down and saw the reactions to my LAST post. I so adore Radio Paradise. Thanks for taking the sarcastic bait. Especially the Beach Blond dude. You're a funny guy -- stay charming! |
