Dispite being overplayed, this really was one hell of a good album.

I have one of the early copies that is sans Gwen Stefani, for which I am quite thankful.

This is another song that I'd like a lot more if I hadn't already heard it so many bleeping times

5 bucks says it's not analog - but yeah, it's definitely a processed string synth.

His music is so emotive. This one got me through a breakup about 5 years ago and the sounds just bring it all back. Freaky.

I have no musical training whatsoever, unless you count growing up listening to my Mom play acoustic guitar; but I do have ears. I know what sounds good and what doesn't. This sounds good!

I'm not sure how he pulls stuff off - it's either an amazing track, like Porcelain, with it's floaty, mellow feeling, or complete rubbish, with no room for error in between. Somewhat like a ford car, you either get one that lasts for 400K miles, or one that falls apart in the first month. Thank you RP for playing his amazing tracks, and not his rubbish.

Top 10 favorite books of all time:

#7: Alex Garland, The Beach

10*10^100 better than that terrible movie!

The book has to be good if I can still like it and even relate the movie to it in the same thought.

Damn that punk kid.

There's a lot of hate on this post for Moby, isn't there? That's okay, Moby. I dig you and this beautiful song.

Oh, and I don't get the great fascination with Moby either.

Well, it sounds like a tube that is trying to get a sound through, but a pair of hands is constricting it just enough to make the effort sound effortful and pained.

I dont know, but Mobys music does nothing for me
He is a very nice guy though. Never seen him live... maybe thats a different experience.

Anyone feel the same?
I don't get it why the music is so popular.

And... it looks like he released an album called Hotel that I haven't seen yet. Anyone heard it?

Yes, it has some good songs, but it's still inferior to this album "Play" which is really good actually.

He's come a long way from "Feeling So Real" hasn't he? lol...

I can't help but wonder what's next for him. He went off the deep end for a while then came back with this album. I hope he has calmed down a bit and keeps the electronic thing going.''

From his site... LMAO

His credibility may be shot to hell, but this IS a good song in my book. Granted, some people might not like it whoever it is by but, though it aint easy , it really is good to try forget all the cr*p and just judge a song on its merits sometimes.

The dweeb is not without talent,he certainly has more than eminem.

This song is very long, however, it makes up for it by being quite boring. It's enough to give mediocrity a bad name.
