I'm really tired of over-the-rhind, sorry Rhine and I'm from Cincinati!
Lots of folks I know from Cincy are sick of Over The Rhine. Hmmm... |

Unfortunately, this band keeps coming in & out of mine as well. I always expect to "find" them again, but alas, they return to the rubble. |

If you can find their album "Eve" it's just great. It was OOP for a long time though so I dunno if it can be found anymore. The songs are very quirky and catchy. Seems like they have settled. Eve is magic though |

Piercing? Hmmm... to each their own I s'pose, but I never considered Kate to be piercing...

Kate BUSH? Really?
Lyrically, maybe, but this woman's voice is much warmer, far less piercing than that of Kate Bush. |

I must admit that this one is starting to grow on me a bit. I give her a 6'er.

She's a very good performer. Love this song. Her voice can veer off a bit sometimes, but she's very sincere.

Well, it's nice that she warns us at the beginning by singing "Ugh ugh ughhhh".
A solid 3 veering dangerously into 'Tori Territori.'

Sorry, I cant find the rating called "meh".
This song just plods along with the same wailing of "The world can wait" combined with what smacks of of just a teeny bit of pretentiousness.
I do hope they have better tracks out there because to my (possibly uneducated) ears this is Schmaltz.

I love Over the Rhine. Solid, moody, vesatile with lots of texture.
He writes the words; she sings 'em.
