So it was our second date and we hadn't even kissed and I plucked up the courage and we kissed in a back alley and then I walked her back to her car and she revealed she had brought an overnight bag and drove me back to my apartment and she played Essence I think she wanted me to be in the mood for luurve and I have always loved the track and I think of MaryLou whenever I play the track I'm sorry I done you no good...

It would seem the circumstances of your and MaryLou's lives that one particular night corresponded pretty much exactly to the mood of the song - schweet!

He's been gone since September but for whatever reason his zombie corpse still walks via quotes...

Can we leave him to rest in peace?  Please?

she played here the other night, and put on a terrific show. Her back-up band was great.

Lucinda's music and words always create an atmosphere ... she is awesome in concert, too. She is one of a kind.

If I may: no, he does not. Ever. Some folks see a glass half full, some half empty. And some don't see a glass at all. They see something to ridicule. Period.{#Rolleyes}

Sounds like she's barely conscious, let alone aware that she's in a studio.
