My GOD!! This whole album, yes ALBUM, is rock perfection. Starts off full throttle, then kicks ass all the way through.

Can one ever get "Too Rolling Stoned"??? I don't think so!

Today (tonight here) is one of the finest stretches of RP... a heady mix of intoxicating beats.
You can't go wrong with Robin Trower! and following Talking Heads, to boot! and on top of all the rest that went on by...
Keep it jamming, Bill!

There is nothing quite like this song played, at extreme and excessively loud levels, through a pair of Polk Audio's finest.

Radio Paradise indeed! What a trio. Dewar was phenomenal and I was very sorry to see him pass a few years back. Trower is still one of my all-time favs.

I can definitely hear soem Jimi and Stevie Ray Vaughn influences, but Trower still has his own solid sound. I heard him cover a Jimi tune recently and was blown away. This guy is so good I want to vomit! Or maybe I'll have to check out a CD instead.

Procol Harum was one of my favorite bands and Trower was the guitar that moved it all along. I was lucky enough to catch him on his first solo tour at the Whisky a Go-Go. Years later after all the hits and misses he still plays the frets off that Stratocaster.

After my own heart. Love Procol Harum. I saw Trower open for Mott the Hoople in the 70's. Actually was invited to his after show party, but went to the Hoople one. He is phenominal. Would love to see him now.

You should buy Bridge of Sighs, it's a great album.

I haven't heard Bridge of Sighs since I dumped all my vinyl in the late 80s, but I sure remember it as being great and this song was a highlight.

and Day of the Eagle is like the 4th best song on Bridge of Sighs....

Actually, difficult to rate each of the songs...........it is by far one of the best albums of the time when it was put out! I saw him about 3 years ago at a small club in SanFran called Slim's (owned by Boz Scaggs)...awesome club and absolutely incredible concert....Trower was playing with a couple of kids who were probably in their early 20s....bet it was a rush for those kids to be playing with one of the great guitar icons of the 70s! F**king sweet concert!
