Ohhhh, so one can't appreciate Zep AND Patsy Cline????? Wow, I was so ignorant..I thought such variance in appreciation was what built this station.

Actually, I rate both this and Patsy Cline a 10. She had a voice that would break your heart.

I'm new to this song. I liked the beginning quite a bit, then hated it when the drums kicked in, then liked it again, then hated it again...

I really respect the performance but I guess I just don't like it very much. Perhaps a few more listens...

Such a great song, from a killer album. So glad to hear a non-hit on the "Radio". Play "Sick Again" or "Black Country Woman"!

Absolutely one of their best. Nice to hear it on RP after I haven't listened in a while...

These kinds of songs take me to another place, one far away from my proletarian cube-space - can't explain it, just is.

Great song, great band. :D

Just saw a Zep cover band this weekend. You forget how great their songs are.

when I was in High school I hated what was coming out on the radio (mostly big hair bands) so I listened to as much classic rock as I could and then there was Led Zeppelin. Especially this song (the entire double album) I listened to them all and swore there was no other band for me.

Oh man I forgot to thank you! This is a great song

I can't believe I didn't listen to Zepellin in high school (late 70's early 80's) because we were too busy having rumbles between the punks and the zep-heads. (It sounds a bit like West Side Story, and it was. Freaks versus Greasers.) I missed some great stuff, and so did the zep-heads.

Makes me want to go light up a bong. Be right back.

Zeppelin basically defines my junior high experience, as that was all I ever listened to. I started with 4, then 2, then HOTH, and somewhere towards the end started getting into phys. graffiti. Though it wasn't the first album of theirs I embraced, it made probably the deepest impression and virtually every song on that album is amazing. This one is no exception.

That's, for sure, some significant, memorable bass(/keyboards?) part, he's doing.

not one of my alltime favorites....but i may have to reconsider that statement. i just love this whole body of work. its nearly perfect.
and this song...the rhythm...its just so, er, sexy. i know that it was much cooler to dig jimmy page than robert plant...but damn, that man and his voice & hair...

I don't even have the proper words to describe the incredible intensity of this song. It sounds as good today as it did, what, almost 25 years ago!
