Thanks for making me laugh...
I'm really digging the trumpet on this one |

First I've heard it. Fun song. Makes me want to add it to a myPod playlist with Moxy Fruvous and SNZ's. By the power of suggestion (today's RP playlist), B-52's 'Planet Claire' would go well also. If I'm gonna do that, then I have to add Private Idaho. Any suggestions (positive only please) for this evolving personal playlist? |

When I first heard this, I thought it was the coolest thing I'd heard in years. I still think that. I wish I still had the CD...someone stole it. The only bad thing about this tune is that it sticks in your head for at least 10 days after you hear it. People who don't love this must have never heard it LOUD.

The rest of the album is quite good.
Interestingly, most of the tunes on the album are very simple - live drummer (not much synth programming stuff for rhythm - and a blues keyboard riff.
Still, it's worth having!

I heard this tune in Belgium in an ad for an other car brand. But I already had the CD for 4 years or so at that moment... |

Love Shirley Bassey . . . the arrangement under the vocals, not so good. A bit of work on the mix and this could be really special.

These guys are great at 'making a moment' music. They also did the track for the first Matrix movie when they go into the building, through the metal detector :D/
