The best song from the Cure ever, but don't care too much for this particular mix. Prefer the original version

I love The Cure, but Wish was their last great album. Wild Mood Swings was decent. Bloodflowers was blah. I didn't even listen to their last album.

Anyone else hear the similarities between this song and Puncture Wound on Steven Wilson's solo album Insurgentes? The vocal melody is almost identical with a similar cadence! LP |

Gentlemen, I don't think either of you can see the forest through the trees, you're both branching off from the main point. Don't beat around the bush, just state the obvious, which is; the timbre of Robert Smith's voice is less annoying than usual in this ode to our tall green friends. |

Back in the 80's there were a lot of dance clubs, where some people(not me) did cocaine and alcohol. They partied all night and danced to various pop remixes that went on for several minutes. Hey it was the late 80's or early 90's, I can't remember totally. |

I don't understand it either. I have this CD (actually ended up with two copies cos I think I had to re-buy it when I moved to Ireland and left it behind in Canada) and really enjoyed those remixes. |
