A New Order? ;-)

"Life in a Northern Town" and this tune epitomized the time for me. Good to hear again.

Lovely! Sometimes the soul needs a little bit of bubble gum to chomp on...tastes so sweet and yummy, while transporting me back in time.

Ahem. Sorry: just saw 24-hour party people (the film about Factory Records in Manchester) last night.

This cut is also on the Soundtack for that film, along with a bunch of other New Order stuff. This was my fave of those, but I bought it for "Voodoo Ray", which I had heard playing in the store.

Thanks Bill. A nice afternoon surprise.

As somebody mentioned, some Joy Division would be good, too.

This song sums up so many feelings and situations I lived through...and the associations I make to this song are all good! It's great to hear this on RP because my New Order cassettes went missing a number of years ago....

I love this song. Also, I love the 80's! You 80's haters should embrace the fun of this music and dance!!!

Isn't this the song in Silence of the Lambs? The part where he is sewing the skins together? VERY SCARY!

Somethings in the 80's should stay there.

Feel like I need to go feather my hair and tune into Hill Street Blues.

I don't mind a few 80's tunes now and then, but this one seems endless.
