hi im a new user, so please direct me to the appropriate forum if this is the incorrect location for such a post.

i really enjoy this song, but my question is actually about another.

i was recording the music and a small part of another song was added to the end of fur elise. all i have is 6 seconds of it, and it is three piano chords with some rain in the background, and im trying to find out what the song is.

Chuck said it best: "Roll over Beethoven"

Exactly what I was thinking. Perfect tune after Tori also. Thanks!

I love these old Beatles covers. Is this from a tribute album or something? I liked it better with the lyrics, but this isn't bad.

This was the perfect follow up to Tori Amos' Winter. Way to go Bill

I like Beethoven and classical music in general a great deal, but the particular recording is crucial. This rendition, for example, lacks dynamic range and phrasing, which, while it is faithfully performed on a piano, may as well be elevator music. It is worth the extra effort and money to acquire recordings from reputable and well-known recording houses, such as Deutsche Grammophon, Sony Classical, RCA Victor, etc.

I used to frequent a music store in a shopping mall that had a sign in the piano area with FUR ELISE in large letters and an even bigger slashed-circle, i.e., "No Fur Elise".

They didn't have the "No Stairway to Heaven" in the guitar section, though

This beats the disco "5th of Beethoven"...

Thus confirming the eclectic part of your slogan. Though it's very apt to be following Tori Amos with this...and is that a bit of the Who's "Love, Reign O' er Me" I hear coming in? I guess it's the emotional piano hour *G*.

We don't have a performer credit, unfortunately.
