This version seems kind of sluggish to me ... not bright and sparkly like it should be. Still it's Mozart so ... I give it an 8.

I gave this selection a '7' just to give Bill credit for playing something like this in the context of a Rock mix.

Would Stravinsky be too "eclectic?"

Oh, *now* I get it -- Eine Kleine into Eleanor Rigby, tying the strings together (sorry). Something from Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" would have been better in this spot, imho.

Bill, since you seem to like alternative versions/covers a lot, how about finding a nice punk or metal version of this?

Ja, es ist mir auch schon. Aber nicht hier. Es soll in classiche Rundfunken sein.

Although I love the idea of throwing in a bit of classical, and there is much Mozart that I love, this has always struck me as just a bit too gemuchtlich , cozy, trivial, tea cups and lace curtain kinda vibe.

While I've heard this piece a billion times, I am grateful that RP tosses some classical into the mix. Awesome!
