Someone really needs to tell him it's not cute any more. I thought he was an ass when I saw him open for the Stones in the 80's and he's still an ass from what I see lately. Sometimes it's just better to retire and go away.
Sorry . . . turned off RP after this one and downgraded my rating on it once again. Heading for sucko barfo.

Creepy album cover and totally unlike the persona Iggy projects elsewhere. "Hi, I'm Iggy. I just got out of rehab and I'm all better now. I swear!"

Holy crap. I just realized that this album cover looks alarmingly like the Eels album Beautiful Freak.

Mrs Poacher bumped into Iggy a couple of years ago while on a photo shoot in Miami as he was out talking a walk on the beach. He was happy to have a chat and let her have a photo taken with him. Her comment - a perfect gent and lovely guy.
Iggy = living legend.

Kinda rather listen to "Brick By Brick". That was a bit of a transition for Iggy. A harder "rock" sound and some interesting collaborations.If i remember correctly both Slash and Duff played on that album and it was produced by Don Was.He covered a Tom Waits tune and my fave is "Pussy Power": 'An evil shadow across my brain a certain burning that makes me insane'. and who can forget the 'timeless classic'-ButtTown. He really is fun to listen to and a riot live. Saw him at Joint In the Woods near Orlando 1981ish (basically a large barn with1000seat capacity) and the guy is literally hanging from the rafters upside down 20 feet off the floor.quite an odd audience mix of bikers and punkers. Pure fun.

Not only that, but he was featured on "American Idol" tonight! And he looks in really good shape. But he's pretty far out there for me. This is okay, though, on occasion. |

Not bad, but its simply too repetitive—the Ig's vocals turn into a monodrone by the end.
