My sentiments. I didn't hate the Clash I just barely tolerated them. Please forgive me I have learned better.

You obviously have no punk rock soul. The cure for this is to go out and buy some old Clash records, melt down the vinyl and inject it directly into your veins. (Since your ears have failed you.)

And then for all our sakes - change your user title to something coherent. It's not cool or punk rock to have a user title that sounds like something out of Jurassic Park.

That opening guitar riff sounds like a track from Captain Beefheart's Safe as Milk CD.

I don't find it annoying. I feel it is BLEH though. I don't see it, feel it or understand it. Not that there is anything really wrong with you if you get it. Not really, anyway. :)

Love Joe Strummer! He was a far superior soloist than the Clash as a band ever were IMO!{#Yes}

I watched Joe Strummer: The Future Is Unwritten over the past two evenings. A casual fan of Clash hits, and having been introduced to his later work by RP, I have to say that I think this film will make anyone a fan. I really like where he was coming from. The production qualities of the film are also quite unique, greatly enhancing Joe's story. Recommended!

It's an awesome documentary of Joe's life and contribution to music.  Definitely worth watching if you are a Clash or Joe Strummer fan.

One of the infinity of awesome things about Gilmore Girls was Lorelai's devotion to Joe Strummer.

The same series that also awakened me to PJ Harvey, Joy Division, and Bjork. Rock on Palladinos!

Joe Strummer outside of Clash works better for me, by many miles. Love that percussion and the music is more musical IMHO.

Haven't heard this one in a little while. I may have to break out the album and get it uploaded to my computer/iPod, I forgot how much I dig it.

My sentiments exactly. Never did like the Clash, but a lot of Joe Strummer's work afterward appeals to me. This song is a great example.
