Neko Case gave away her beloved 1967 Mercury Cougar for a charity raffle on March 18, 2011 to benefit 826 National, which provides free tutoring and literacy programs to more than 24,000 students in eight cities nationwide... I love her...

LOVE her voice!  It kind of reminds me of Bernadette Peters - a touch nasally, in a good way.

Was Calexico backing her on this one?  Awesome guitars / drums - sounds like John's trademark thunder drum at the end.

LOL- Nora has a lower gear she can use.Neko just grabs it and goes.She must have gills or something, because she never runs out of breath.I think if she tried to back off her hair would explode or something from all the stifled energy.
