My first reaction was very negative, but this version grew on me quickly. That was due to the enormous talent of this singer. I give it a 7 to start with. Maybe higher on the next hearing.

I'll offer what seems to be a minority opinion here. While I don't argue in general with the idea of offering a fresh take on a song when covering it, this particular attempt alters the melodic structure of Dylan's original to the extent that it would be unrecognizable (were it not for those great lyrics, of course). And I think that's doing a disservice to the song.
