True. I bought "Chutes Too Narrow," and immediately had to go out and buy the Inverted World, CD. Both are great - I prefer Chutes just a little more for some reason.

Like the Shins songs I've heard on RP so far and would like to hear more. Any suggestions on an album to pick up for someone not familiar with them?

This is my favourite Shins' song, I'd definately go for Chutes Too Narrow if I had to choose - Better songs, Better production.

I'd have to go with Oh Inverted World if I was held at gunpoint and forced to choose between them. I've found that it's an essential camping CD and read a review once that insisted it sounds like pine trees. And who doesn't like pine trees?

Bill, please play PINK BULLETS off the new album... I really think it's the best track. This album rocks though, if anyone is listening that enjoyed their first album... pick this one up NOW! And give it a chance, I'm not going to say it's better, I don't think it is... but it's damn good.
