Oh yes. She's a fabulous entertainer. Great band too.

Back in the day AKUS would play at this theatre at Univ. of Hartford. Unmiked. No PA at all. Amazing!
How lucky were we?

Old girlfriend of mine went to UHA......I went to a different school slightly south of there, but they were always known for their ability to attract great talent to the area. Plus radio KUHA. Won tickets to a Humble Pie concert at the Shaboo Inne. Sunday night, and 60 people there. I had my beer on the stage, and they played a great show.

This set is making think of Merlefest this past weekend. Tedeschi Drucks Band killed it Saturday night!

As with all of her songs, her voice converts what would otherwise be an average song to a mesmerizing launch into an ethereal & existential experience.

Her voice is to music like James Stewart's acting was to a movie.  In neither case, was their gift wasted.

We're the lucky ones hearing this sweet bird sing.  Initially gave it an 8 but I'm kicking it up a notch.

This was one of the songs I downloaded for my ex when he was in ICU. He really was The Lucky One.

Saw this "live" on PBS.  Wow, it's so rare that a singer (and band for that matter) is so perfect live!  What a professional!!!

I saw her live at the Portland Zoo amphitheater about 10 years ago.  A wonderful show.

Pretty as a picture, sweet as a lamb, sings like an angel, and can fiddle with the likes of Johnny Gimble and Junior Daugherty. That's some package! {#Clap}

According to my ex-girlfriend (our first date was an AKUS concert), this is a dark and painful lyric. Guess it depends on which side of the equation you're found. I find it wistful and evocative of the wanderer's life.

Well, we'll be two then.
I like when she sings with Robert Plant: their voices complete each other's.
I guess it must be nice in a live performance.
